For some more advanced treatments, we may recommend completing a foundation or beginner beauty course first. This can help you build the knowledge and understanding needed before progressing to more advanced techniques.

For example, if you are taking the Gym Facial Course, we recommend completing the Facial Course first to develop a strong foundation in facial massage techniques and treatment knowledge.

Any recommended prior training is clearly listed in the course information table on each individual course page.

You do not usually need insurance to enrol in one of our online beauty courses. However, if you plan to offer the treatment professionally, we strongly recommend checking with your insurance provider before purchasing the course.

Insurance requirements can vary depending on the treatment, your existing qualifications, experience and individual policy, so it is important to confirm that your chosen course meets your provider’s requirements.

Yes. If you are buying an online beauty course as a gift or for another person, please contact us so we can transfer the course to their own student account.

This is important because the course needs to be completed from the learner’s own account so their digital beauty course certificate is issued in their correct name.

Important: Please do not activate or begin the course from your own account. Once a course has been activated, we may not be able to transfer it to another student.

Some insurance providers may require a case study or practical sign-off before covering certain beauty treatments, so we recommend checking their requirements before purchasing.

If needed, we offer two options:

• Fast Track Virtual Case Study – £24.99: Submit a recorded treatment for assessment by an accredited tutor.
• Live Virtual Case Study – £49.99: Complete a 30-minute live video call with a tutor for feedback and sign-off.

No, beauty course kits are sold separately and can be purchased from our Course Kits page.

We do not currently stock kits for every course. If a kit is unavailable, contact [email protected] and our team can recommend tutor-approved products and alternatives for your training.

Our online beauty courses are completely self-paced, so there is no fixed deadline or set completion time. You can study whenever it suits you and work through the training at your own pace.

If completed in one sitting, most courses take approximately 6–8 hours, depending on the course content and your individual learning speed.

You can also pause, return to the course later and revisit the training whenever you need to.
